Lawrence Davenport

Executive Director

Dr. Lawrence Davenport has distinguished himself as a trailblazer in the fields of education, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Davenport began his educational foundation by earning both a Bachelor and Master of Arts from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. He also earned a Master of Science in Training and Performance Management from The University of Leicester, England and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. Dr. Davenport has leveraged his expertise to foster inclusive environments across various sectors where he has served in corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations.

 

Dr. Davenport was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to three positions, including Assistant Secretary for Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer, United States Department of Energy, Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education, United States Department of Education, and Associate Director of Action, the National Volunteer Agency. In addition, Dr. Davenport served as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the United States House of Representatives.

President Richard Nixon appointed Dr. Davenport as the Chairman of the National Advisory Council on Vocational Education and as a Member of the National Advisory Council on Equality of Educational Opportunity. Dr. Davenport also served as a member of the United States Department of Labor’s Manpower Council.


Over the past 12 years, Dr. Davenport has played a pivotal role at Regal, overseeing the company’s hiring processes. As the Executive Director of the Social4M Talent Board, he has been instrumental in implementing forward-thinking hiring practices to t prioritize his commitment and responsibility for diversity and inclusion, ensuring that talent acquisition not only brings in skilled individuals but also reflects the rich tapestry of backgrounds and perspectives that define our global community.


Dr. Davenport’s commitment to social justice and equality is exemplified by his significant contributions to the movement to recognize Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday as a national holiday. Dr. Davenport was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the Martin Luther King Holiday Commission, where he served as a Commissioner and collaborated closely with Coretta Scott King. He was instrumental in the establishment of this holiday, a testament to his dedication to civil rights and social progress. His work alongside Mrs. King has been captured in a poignant photograph with her that symbolizes their united efforts for equality and justice.


In addition to his DEI initiatives, Dr. Davenport has contributed to academia by serving in senior-level positions at every level of education from pre-Kindergarten through universities. In addition, he has shared his expertise by teaching at prestigious institutions such as the University of Michigan, the University of Washington, and Abilene Christian University. He has also shared his insights and expertise in Finance as a former member of the Advisory Board for the Financial Executive International (FEI) magazine

Ron Milman

Ron Milman began his career leading large sales teams across the apparel and education industries. His passion for making connections with people then motivated him to join the recruiting industry, where he has been for the last 20+ years. He has successfully placed hundreds of great people in new career opportunities, across a wide variety of industries, including many accounting and finance positions.

 

Ron’s dedication to creating meaningful connections has transformed his firm into a beacon of excellence in the recruitment industry, and has earned an outstanding reputation for being fair, honest and really good at his craft. His warm, friendly, and humorous approach to doing business mirrors the personal values he cherishes. Ron is also a strong advocate for ensuring that companies hire with equality for all people.

Becoming the Head of Recruiting for Talent4M was an easy decision for him. Being able to do the job he loves, and with a keen eye on diversity and equality hiring is the perfect fit. This role allows him to apply his profound insights into talent acquisition, driving Talent4M’s strategy to align exceptional talent with their ideal roles. His leadership at Talent4M underscores a continued commitment to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and fulfillment within the organization.

 

When not working, Ron is deeply devoted to his family, including his wife, two daughters, stepson, and stepdaughter, and their two dogs. He also loves spending time on his personal passions, which include a deep love of baseball, being a 3-time Black Belt in martial arts, an ever-evolving guitar player, scuba diver, and triathlete. These passions not only provide personal joy and fulfillment, but also inspire his professional life with energy and fresh perspectives.

As CEO of Regal Credit Management, Anthony has helped thousands of professional athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth individuals build, restore, and protect their credit profiles.


His firm has offices in New York and Los Angeles and was recently incorporated in the United Kingdom to assist individuals on a global scale.


Anthony has been the subject of numerous print and television features in outlets such as Forbes, USA Today, Good Day New York, Sirius Radio, and the Hollywood Reporter. His first book, Your Score, a real-world guide to navigating the world of consumer credit, became an Amazon Top 100 best seller in 2018 and had an excerpt featured in Oprah Magazine.


He holds advanced certification from the credit scoring company FICO and conducts educational seminars across the country for groups, including NFL athletes, the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York Society of CPAs, and the California CPA Association.


With Social4M, a fast-growing group of nearly 250 diverse professionals spanning from Los Angeles, New York, to London, he is paving the way for a more progressive, diverse, and inclusive industry for talent managers, entertainment lawyers, business managers, and other industry leaders.
